HR Manager from Group Office Visit to WACL Factory

West African Ceramics Ltd (WACL) recently had the honor of hosting Ms. Sonal, HR Manager from Group Office, on an official courtesy visit to both the WACL factory and the ROYAL Engineered Stones Ltd (RESL) facility. The visit created a valuable platform for engagement, collaboration, and knowledge sharing between leadership, management teams, and staff.

Factory Tours & Engagements
The visit began with a guided tour of the WACL plant, where Ms. Sonal was introduced to the technologies, processes, and innovations driving production excellence. This was followed by an inspection of operations at the RESL factory, showcasing the company’s advanced capabilities in engineered stone manufacturing.
At the WACL laboratory, Heads of Departments formally welcomed her and highlighted the company’s commitment to quality assurance, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

The program also included high-level meetings in the conference room with the RESL management team, providing a forum to discuss growth strategies, workforce alignment, and business objectives.
